Aerospace Buyer / Purchasing Specialist Job at Rotair Aerospace Corporation
We are an area manufacturer of helicopter components looking for an Aerospace-experienced person with a strong background in subcontract purchasing. Sikorsky purchasing experience is a plus. Resumes will not be accepted if you do not have a thorough knowledge of machining and processing practices as well as the ability to completely read and interpret blueprints.
Must have sub-contract purchasing experience.
Must have experience with machining components.
Must be able to fully read and interpret blueprints.
Responsibilities include all aspects of purchasing administration and staff and vendor management.
This is a full-time position with an AS9100 registered company.
Our hours are Monday through Friday - 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and will be subject to pre-employment competency assessment, drug and background testing.
All candidates must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and must show proof upon hiring.
The salary range for this position is commensurate with Purchasing and Manufacturing experience.
