NETZSCH Premier Technologies, LLC is looking for a Service Promoter to develop and maintain the proactive sales of After sales and Service products such as spare parts, service contracts, selective parts stocking, etc. This position is part of the After Sales team and will primarily work out of the Exton, PA facility. NETZSCH Premier Technologies is a leading manufacturer of milling, mixing, dispersing, and classifying equipment. Located in Exton, PA, NETZSCH Premier Technologies is the North American subsidiary of the globally operated group of NETZSCH companies. With an extensive list of machines and a variety of processing solutions, NETZSCH is renowned as the longest standing provider of horizontal bead mills, and as an innovator in the field of fine grinding and dispersing. Primary duties of this position may include:

• Develop the Business Field After Sales strategies to use the NETZSCH After Sales team to improve customer service on an individual customer level.
• Meet with customers to review their needs and provide a plan to use NETZSCH After Sales tools to satisfy their needs.
• Develop proactive sales plans for spare parts and service promotions.
• Work with the NETZSCH sales team on proactive sales with equipment orders.
• Use business intelligence tools to identify key customers who may require support.

Successful candidates will have previous experience with industrial equipment, preferably in selling the product, parts or service. Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school a plus. In addition, candidates should have:

• The ability to travel to customers sites in the US and Canada up to 30%
• Previous experience using an ERP System, preferably SAP

• Strong interpersonal skills and listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to be a team player who works productively with a wide range of people.
• The ability to work independently with some direction.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
