Seeking a store manager at Dairyland Supply located in Sauk Centre, MN. Dairyland Supply is a full short line dealership of agricultural equipment. Ideal candidate must be clean, neat and thrive in a fast paced and busy environment. The General Manager will be responsible for communication on every level of the business. Must be able to lead by example and be able to motivate the entire team to provide the best product for the customer.
Qualities and skills required:
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Supervise daily operations
- Manage parts and whole good inventory
- Ability to manage/lead a productive team
- Generate growth through parts and service sales
- Identify and hire top quality candidates
- Schedule and ensure effective departmental coverage and support
- Effectively lead team and provide ongoing coaching
- Collaborate with appropriate management colleagues to ensure new and used inventory turnover targets are achieved
- Reinforce company branding by meeting or exceeding company location standards including visual appeal, safety, security, and cleanliness
- Must be a self-starter and able to work without supervision
- Proven skills in leadership, management, planning and organizing
- Proven skills in interpersonal relationship building, written and verbal skills
- Ability to set and manage priorities
- Knoweldge and use of Microsoft computer products or other comparable systems required
- Maintain a strong knowledge base of all makes and models of equipment
- Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their implement purchase
- Create the best buying experience to make lifelong customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
