Job Description Summary

The Aggregate Support Services Technician is an hourly-rated position that keeps our quarries running smoothly. The position is responsible for timekeeping, purchase orders, drone flight inventories, invoice coding, and more.

Key Duties

- Operating JWS Software to weight trucks in and out

- Timekeeping

- Purchasing

- Dealing with outside vendors

- Drone Flying

- Computer and excel use

- Coding Quarry Invoices and uploading to Tungsten Software

- Interaction with all quarry personnel

- Reports to Support Services Manager, but works closely with Quarry Mgmt.

Requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must

- Self Sufficient

- Motivated Individual

- Self-reliant

- Able to make decisions

- Knowledgeable in computer technology

- Able to sit for long periods of time

- Organizational and Multitasking Skills

Education/Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.

- Previous accounting or invoice coding skills preferred.
