• Making reservations and issuing air tickets through online platforms
• Able to work on the ticket booking system (provide training)
• Customer service on customers' reservations; changing itinerary

Requirement:

• Quick learner, willing to practice and be trained
• Being patient, attentive to detail, and responsible
• Good sense of customer service
• Computer skills: MS office
• Good spoken and written skills in English and Chinese
• Flexible to work in a shift environment

LGS founded in June of 2014, has IATAN and ARC (subject to approval) accreditation to be the air ticket sales agent, also has the Seller of Travel license granted by
Washington State, and the Quality Receptive for Chinese inbound tourists Certificate granted by NTA (National Tourism Association). LGS provides 4 key components of the business,

• Providing Air ticket sales services for clients around the world. China registered airline sales and customer services contractor in the North America area;
• Providing Tour group service for the tourists traveling from China to the US, and the accommodations and tour arrangements;
• Marketing and representation service in China for US travel associations, organizations, and travel agencies;
• Consulting service of Chinese Investors and Chinese companies to Seattle and Washington
