Responsibilities:

1) On time arrival and departure services

  • Performs non-technical handling activities and tasks
  • Assists the Ground/Duty Engineer to carry out repairs on aircraft (in case of technical activities under supervision of a Ground/Duty Engineer), compliant with the technical requirements and customer demands
  • Reports (technical) irregularities and progress of work performed to Ground/Duty Engineer or Maintenance Manager
  • Assists the Ground/Duty Engineer with aircraft inspections
  • Assists the Ground/Duty Engineer with analyzing defects and complaints (trouble shooting)

2. Overall station activities

  • Performs minor repairs and cleaning activities on tools and equipment
  • Assists in keeping the store and station tidy and compliant with the rules and regulations
  • Assists in station related activities

Knowledge & Experience

  • Basic technical aircraft training
  • Fluent English (write, read, speak)
  • Knowledge of apron / aircraft safety rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of technical requirements and customer demands
  • Knowledge of non-technical handling procedures and instructions

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, lie, and kneel in awkward positions and spaces.
  • Must be able to perform work on scaffolding or ladders.
  • Must be able to lift and pull objects weighing up to 70 pounds at a time.
  • Manual dexterity and physical strength necessary to operate tools or make adjustments and repairs.
  • Must have visual acuity to inspect equipment and identify defects.
  • Must be able to hear well enough to test sounds and identify functioning level of aircraft.

Other Requirements:

Due to nature of operations, Overtime may be required.

Work Timings:

8 hours shift / 5x week / Mon-Sun

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
