SUMMARY OF POSITION

Prime Appearance is seeking an Aircraft Supply Specialist to join our team!

As an Aircraft Supply Specialist, you will work inside and around various types of high-end private aircraft, collaborating with pilots and flight attendants to ensure that each private jet is stocked and prepared for its next flight. Your duties will include restocking inventory, transporting supplies onto aircraft, organizing equipment, and performing light cleaning inside the interior of the planes.

Experience is not required for this position, as we are willing to train the right candidate! If you are focused on safety, detail-oriented, and work well as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Restock aircraft inventory

Transport supplies onto aircraft

Preform pre-flight and post-flight inventory of all supplies

Remove trash

Clean interior of aircraft in accordance with contract specifications

Organize and maintain company vehicles, shops, lockers, and equipment

Follow Quality Management System Procedures

Comply with all company policies and procedures

Must maintain personal appearance according to company guidelines

Other duties as assigned, but no covered herein

Must comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations and orders issued pursuant to OSHA Act of 1970, which are applicable to the individual’s own actions and conduct

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays

Must be able to stay late or come in early to meet the demands of the operation schedule and workloads

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Able to pass a Pulmonary Function Test to obtain respirator certification (if required)

Ability to include close vision and depth perception, ability to visually focus and see colors

Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp with hands, climb, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl or maintain balance

Ability to lift, and or move up to 40 pounds

Perform duties in all weather conditions and environments

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver’s license is required as this position requires driving/operating company vehicle and/or equipment

Must successfully pass pre-employment checks (i.e. criminal background, drug tests, motor vehicle record, etc.) required for the job

Must be 18 years of age or older

Meet eligibility requirements to work in the United States

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School education or GED preferred
