We are growing our agency in Muncie and want to add you to our agency team.

Those with experience with our systems and processes will be given the most consideration, but is not a requirement.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year
This is a remote position
Benefits
Pay - Base + Large Commissions + Monthly Bonus
Flexible Schedule - we work around you and your family.
Accident + Cancer Coverage - pays staff directly for unexpected medical costs (100% company paid).
PTO - 3 Weeks Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays + no weekends or evening work - off daily at 5:00 pm.
Four day work week for those that achieve target levels of production.
Responsibilities
Daily Development with one-on-one and team training programs from RPOA.
Follow Value-Based sales approach sales process to quote and sell insurance to prospects from internet leads, xdates provided by Phone Home Leads and various other sources.
Manage lead follow-up with our simplified leads program, Lead Manager.
Requirements
Must be coachable and an excellent communicator.
Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team.
Must be good with technology / programs: Email, Text, Excel.
Demonstrated performance in insurance sales.
