As an Alternative Retail Specialist, you will manage the Mobile Shop schedule and execution while improving our current online retail efforts. Duties include coordinating with Service Unit Managers to schedule mobile shop dates, running the point-of-sales system, handling sales, running end-of-day reports, capture and fulfillment of orders, inventory management and replenishment, fulfillment of online orders, increasing our products available on our e-commerce platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the mobile shop experience throughout all communities within our 9-county footprint.

Additional responsibilities include overall inventory management such as processing shipments to be distributed to shops, transfer paperwork management and support, and assisting the Senior Manager with data entry, paperwork procedures and special projects. This position will serve as support for the team as needed, as shop/front desk coverage and administrative support.

• This is a full-time, 35hr. a week position requiring some nights and weekends, and 60% travel within GSEP’s 9-county footprint. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a must, and Microsoft 365 Suite and Salesforce experience a plus.
