Reports Directly to Warehouse Manager
- Oversees all components of the morning load out process
- Partnering with 3rd party delivery to ensure all lanes and routes are complete and accurate
- Partnering with Lanes manager on any issues found during load out process
- Assisting in Managing and developing associates in the Load out area of the Distribution Center
- Ensuring all trucks are complete and loading standards are followed.
- Instructing associates and working directly with them to train, motivate and encourage
- Maintains proper documentation of daily loadout process
- Daily communication of how Morning Loadouts went sent to Warehouse manager and Director of Operations. This includes Lane reports, missing pieces reports and Did not load reports
- Helps create policies and procedures that would positively impact the load out process
- Works diligently to ensure 100% accurate load outs happen on the first time
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees to work in.
o Notify any safety violations within the DC immediately.
o Correct all employees on the spot of any safety violations.
o Ensure all personnel are wearing correct uniform and safety gear needed to perform their jobs.
- Ensure all standards, policies and procedures are conducted and executed properly.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities can be added throughout the review period
- Normal scheduled shifts are Tuesday through Friday 4:45AM to 3:00PM
- Basic skills required: Microsoft office suite and basic computer efficiencies
