Responsibilities

Reporting to the Controller, Repair Authority’s Accounts Payable and Receivable Coordinator is
responsible for overseeing the AP and AR functions for multiple entities/locations, including
collections of receivables, monthly reconciliation of accounts, processing of deposits, purchase
order follow-up with vendors and more.

  • Oversee all Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Collection of Aged Receivables

  • Monthly reconciliation of accounts
  • Tracking and entry of staff expense reports
  • Processing of deposits & cash application
  • General office support functions
  • Path to Lead AP/AR role

Qualifications

  • Very strong computer and software skills including MS Office, Word, Excel
  • Experience with Accumatica accounting software a bonus but not required
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Strong work ethic with a positive "can-do" attitude and pride in the quality of their work
  • Self-starter with good organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently

Serious applicants must have:

  • Desirable applicants will have at least 5 years minimum of related experience with
multiple entities
  • Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable is a must.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
