Brand new apartment community located in Commerce Township seeking a reliable individual who works well with others to join our maintenance team. If you have basic skills in the areas of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, we would like to speak with you. This position is a maintenance tech's dream come true because everything is new. This community opened 2 years ago.
We are a large property management company with opportunities for advancement. We currently have 20 communities in our portfolio with a new property opening soon. We promote all of our people from within.
You must have a valid and current driver's license-unrestricted.
This is a full time position.
Compensation is based on your knowledge and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
