This position is for Sonora at Alta Loma Apartments in Alta Loma, CA. The compensation range is $25 - $35 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.

Must haves:

• Desire to lead
• Positive attitude
• Organization
• Speed
• Sense of humor
• Superior knowledge of home maintenance
• On call availability
• High school diploma or GED

Great to haves:

• General contractor, journeyman, electrician, or other skilled trade
• Knowledge of maintenance operations software
• Maintenance certification (if you don’t have it, we’ll help you get it)
