M.D. Atkinson Company Inc., is NOW HIRING a Apartment Manager to join our TEAM. This full-time position requires a self starter with an energetic personality.
Essential Function Job Description
The ideal candidate will reside at and manage a 128 unit apartment community. Candidate will be responsible for marketing, leasing, and resident retention. Oversee the general administration and maintenance of the physical plant, monitor maintenance personnel and vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Highly organized
- Possess an operating vehicle, and valid CA drivers license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
