RSVLTS is hiring an experienced Apparel Product Development Manage; the type of person who has seen The Devil Wears Prada at least 35 times. That's not a real qualification, but it couldn't hurt, right?

This role is responsible for communication with our factories, receiving samples, confirm PP samples match tech packs, maintaining sample room, looking for ways to speed up product development process, sign off on production. Our apparel brand is growing fast, so this is an exciting time to join the team. Oh, and did we mention that we are a licensed company, meaning that these threads will be covered in everything from Star Wars to Marvel to Hocus Pocus? Yeah, it's pretty cool.

This is an in-house position, you must be able to work out of RSVLTS HQ at least three days per week (but it's a fun office, we have snacks and a couch and sometimes we watch movies while we work).

So, what would your day look like?

• Drive tasks to completion and issue resolution
• Receive PP samples from vendors, ensure the accuracy of the product, and communicate feedback
• You'll be responsible for communicating with our domestic and overseas factories. Work with manufacturers to resolve any issues identified.
• Look for ways to optimize and speed up our processes cross departmentally
• Maintain sizing and material records for each style, maintain our sample archive system

What you bring to the table

• 3+ years in Apparel Product Development
• Fashion background is required
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
• Measurement charts, grading charts, sizing consultation
• Studio license experience is a plus
• Ability to analyze workload and plan accordingly
• Prompt and punctual, responsive
• Strong knowledge of apparel fitting, specs, and fitting
• Knowledge of fabric and garment construction
• Must be deadline driven and detail oriented
• Must be able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
• Must be proactive with a solution/result oriented attitude
• Must have excellent communication and follow through skills
