Job Title: Application Support Service Delivery Manager
Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible Managing a team that supports a Critical area within a large Managed Services Engagement.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Cognizant Delivery team point of contact for the portfolio
- Responsible for end to end services for the application cluster being managed
- Own preparation of RCA documents and present them to leadership, along with tracking corrective actions to be taken by application/infra/other teams;
- Perform analysis of incoming tickets and setup plan for elimination and automation of work;
- Prepare performance dash boards & management reports
- Ability to work hands on with the developers to solve their challenges and keep them engaged to prevent attrition; Process oriented mindset to ensure the team follows the prescribed processes;
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders (Customer and Vendor liaison) to progress tickets to resolution
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 14+ years of experience in Service Delivery including proven experience in an application support experience
- Exposure to ITIL framework and concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to run an Incident bridge for high Priority incidents.
- Ability to create presentations and give presentations to senior client leaders independently.
- Ability to Coach the delivery team
Preferred Skills/Qualification:
- Experience in a Healthcare Industry
- Experience in .Net Technology
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
