Compass Health, a 15 year old Insurance sales and marketing organization is looking for experienced call center representatives to generate leads and set appointments/live transfers for our licensed agents. We are looking for Phone Pro’s ONLY. If you have experience in call centers, Insurance or customer service this opportunity is for you. Additionally, this opportunity presents upward mobility to become a licensed 2-15 Agent (Health, Life and Annuities License). You will then have the opportunity to build your own book of business and earn an income of $60,000+ / year
Requirements:
- 2 years of Call Center Experience
- Proper Phone Etiquette
- Customer Service Experience
- Basic Computer Skills

- You will be required to speak with business owners about the changes + options available in the Health and Life market.
- You will be educated in the product knowledge concerning Health + Life Insurance
- Technical + Computer skills are a plus
- You will meet & Train with some of the industries Top Professionals + Producers
