Skills Required:
- Primary Skillset: Overall 7+ Years exp. In AS400 technology with RPG/CL Programming Skillset
- Experience in JDA MMS (AS400)
- Knowledge of Retail and Warehouse Management System.
- Production Support background
- Retail Background
- Manage SLA as per the contract.
- Update existing documents as applicable.
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Provide Support to other projects impacting AS400 (as needed)
- Perform Incident Management and respond in a timely manner.
- Provides “ownership” of issue thru final resolution.
- Identify client needs and improve process accordingly.
