Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities You May Be Required to Perform

Verify Sales Order for special options and ensure materials are on hand to complete daily production schedules.
Assemble parts onto the boat per the description of the Sales order by using the correct tools and proper methods to attain the correct standard in the installation.
Follow proper safety requirements for the use of hand tools, drills, screw guns, and other equipment.
Install transom hardware, bilge equipment, ballast tanks, deck wiring, deck hardware, stereo, and helm assemblies
In final finish, cleaning, use of sealant, solvents, shrink wrap, use of light hand tools, installation of logos and basic graphics and basic use of a buffer.
Inspects all parts after production to ensure that all parts are complete and up to quality standards. You are responsible for the quality of work you perform!

Qualifications

Be able to use a variety of hand tools, razor knives, screw gun, drill, ratchet and tape measure.
Must have basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts
Must be able to work under time constraints and deadlines
Follow instructions of Leadership when doing miscellaneous duties
Work with a team to complete daily tasks
Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature reaching over 100 degrees Fahrenheit at times..
Be able to read Sales Orders and identify missing or defective parts.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Able to keep the work area clean and orderly.
Must be able to bend at the waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to climb into and out of the boats using stairs
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to work 10 hr. day with most of the time being on your feet.
Must be able to work overtime, whether planned or unplanned.
