Dairy Queen is looking for a self-motivated, ambitious individual to join our DQ Family. We are currently seeking management candidates for our Glen Carbon and Granite City, IL locations.

Skills and requirements:
Assistant Managers must have 1-3 years of supervisor experience at a medium to high volume restaurant; must have a proven track record of success in cost of goods and labor management; must have excellent cash handling skills; must be a team player, a successful coach and be great at multi-tasking.
General Managers must have 3+ years of experience at the Assistant Manager level or above; must meet all of the above qualifications as well as: have a working knowledge POS and back of house systems; experience in inventory and ordering, P&L reconciliation, scheduling, local store marketing, recruiting and hiring.
The ideal candidate knows the restaurant business backward and forward and can anticipate changes in the industry before they occur. Both positions must either have a current ServSafe Food Manager certification or be able to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
Work schedule:
Full Time; Assistants are expected to work around 40 hours per week, General Managers are expected to work a 45-50 hours per week. Hours vary by day and are scheduled to the needs of the business.
