We are inviting you to apply for our Assistant Controller position. In this position, you'll report directly to the director of finance and will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the resort and providing a professional level of controllership and accounting expertise to the business. You will be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the company's financial results and reporting requirements, and are responsible for directing the companies' accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and management reporting.

With this position, we do require a background of five to ten years of employment in a related position (finance/accounting) with this company or other organization(s). In addition:

  • An advanced knowledge of the accounting, finance and/or hospitality profession.
  • Must possess communication skills in terms of the ability to negotiate, convince, sell and influence professionals, management and/or hotel guests.
  • An in-depth financial information analysis skill and experience
  • Able to work with managers/department heads across multiple disciplines
  • Must be team-oriented and enjoy a hands-on environment
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
