• Assist sales consultants in designing, quoting, configuring, selling custom window coverings
• Work with designer and customers at the showroom and on job sites
• Understand customers’ requests and respond with the appropriate action which may include
  • Pricing window treatments
  • Following up on existing orders
  • Providing design advice and solutions
• Assist sales consultants with all aspects of our sales process
• Document job details and sales communications
• Discuss job details with installers when necessary
• Manage and organize office tasks as assigned
• Assist with phones and handle requests
• Execute defined procedures/processes to eliminate errors and keep office organized
• Effectively use office software(s) to
  • Respond to emails and phone calls promptly
  • Follow up on all leads and pending sales to closure
  • Schedule appointments
  • Provide quotes
  • Order products
  • Update customers of order status
  • Assist in management of product delivery and installation coordination
• Resolve customer reported issues or escalate
• Follow up with suppliers, customers and colleagues regarding issues or questions
• Stay current on design and window treatment trends and product changes
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and periodic trainings

• Previous customer service and / or sales experience preferred
• Working knowledge of office software and equipment
• Proficiency in MS Office and technology overall
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to climb stairs and lift 20lbs
• Honest, respectful and service oriented required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and prioritize projects
• Be goal driven and willing to take initiative to help further growth
• Must love people, have charisma, be self-driven, enthusiastic, outgoing
• Willing to cover occasional evening and weekend appointments including covering the showroom 1 or 2 Saturdays per month
• Must be a TEAM player
• A passion for window coverings and design is an added bonus
