As an Assistant Director we will empower you to create a fun and nurturing environment for every child and team member.

Your passion is teaching, we will continue supporting you as you develop your skills in leadership.
• You are the leader in your classroom, and with your team. You create the space to be a safe, welcoming environment where children can feel comfortable and happy while you are following health and safety measures.
• Come alongside and participate with parents, in having open communication on what is best for their child, in both care and education.
• Pursue a positive relationship with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, the churches we partner with, and corporate partners.
• Follow all state license rules, maintain a clean classroom and center, and be the best at what you do.
• Be flexible when overseeing any of the classroom needs, including but not limited to supporting employee breaks across any classroom.
• You will provide support to the facility plans, policies, and regulations, and communicate these to the staff, parents, and children with Director oversight.
• Assists the Director with staff conduct and carries out personnel policies for Teachers and Aides.
