Job Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Restaurant and/or hotel operations experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads the execution of the business daily
• Competent in all front of house, back of house, and hotel positions
• Responsible for store sales growth
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviews
• Attends weekly meetings with the management team
• Reviews weekly employee schedules
• Assists the General Manager to complete weekly reports, self-reporting, online ordering, inventory, etc.
• Follows all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security and maintains a neat and clean appearance
• Adheres to and ensures all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
• Performs other duties as required by upper management

• Willingness to obtain training and obtain certifications as needed
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely, accurate manner
