- Keep this location in the top 10% nationally as measured by Crumbl’s KPI reporting for Cookie Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness.
- Outperform industry averages for employee retention and food waste by leading world class orientation and ongoing training programs.
- Perform so well that you may be offered a promotion to open a new store within 6-12 months.
- Perform as Manager on Duty during scheduled on-floor shifts, in charge of 6-15 team members engaged in both cookie sales and dough production.
- Lead new crew onboarding and initial training, as well as manage crew’s ongoing station mastery progress.
- Plan and oversee weekly new recipe testing and ongoing production plan.
- Execute all duties required of Crumbl HQ as our Quality Manager.
- Participate with a full management team in developing and nurturing a strong and inclusive culture of integrity, responsibility and excellence.

- Basic comfort level with Email and Spreadsheets
- Valid driver's license
- Current Food Handlers Certification or successful completion upon hire
- Become ServSafe certified (if not already) within 6 months of hire.
- This role includes TIP SHARING on top of published hourly pay range. There are no guarantees on the actual amount but our tips have averaged $4 per hour in other stores.
- Store hours are Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. and Friday - Saturday 8 a.m. - midnight. Closed Sundays.
- Scheduled 5 days per week with opening, mid, and closing shifts according to need, but with effort to fit your preferred availability as much as possible
- Opening shifts begin at 6 a.m. Closing shift typically ends 1 hour after close
