Reliance Home Health Caregivers Oak Brook, IL
Interviewing, orientation, competency testing, in-service training, monitoring discipline, and performance evaluation of the Homemakers.
Supervision of the Homemakers in the client’s home.
Monitoring the Client satisfaction of services.
On-call coverage accessible by phone and available to make a home visit at all times, including evening , weekends and holidays, when homemakers are on assignment in a client's home;
Assistance with Homecare policy development and review;
Assistance with homemaker payroll preparation;
Assist with auditing homemaker personnel files;
Identification of client and family needs for other home health services and referral for same when appropriate;
Coordination of services with the client, family and others involved in the care plan to achieve desired Homecare outcomes, including regular case conferences with the Supervisor of Clinical Services or designee
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.)Current valid CNA or Medical Assistant license with a minimum of two (2) years of homecare experience at least one (1) year of which must be in the provision of homemaker Staff Development experience.
2. )Ability to read and write in English.Good oral and written communication skills, including electronic health record use.
3.) Supervisor experience (preferred)
4.)Good organizational and time management skills.
5.)Valid drivers license.
6.) Reliable transportation to work .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 Hour Shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
