WHAT WE’LL EXPECT FROM YOU DAY TO DAY.
- Assist the general manager in leading a team with integrity and a sense of purpose.
- Do you think “on time” is “late?” Great, because we need you to be reliable and punctual.
- Provide ongoing direction, coaching, and training to crew members.
- Cash management: counting cash drawers and preparing bank deposits
- Hold yourself and those you manage accountable to Which Wich brand standards.
- Help shifts operate super smoothly and execute job duties with the utmost pride and attention to detail.
- Ensure crew members follow all checklists, store rules and policies.
- Assist general manager with weekly inventory counts, food orders, and employee shift scheduling as needed.
