Primary Responsibilities

· Overseeing All Day-to-Day Operations, ensure procedures are being correctly followed, and lead by example.

· Greeting and communicating with all pet parents and dogs.

· Front desk administrative duties of checking campers in/out data entry, email, phone calls, scheduling appointments, filing and updating client information.

· Scheduling and confirming appointments and reservations.

· Assist with some marketing tasks and/or occasional events.

· Cleaning throughout front and back areas (if/ when needed).

· Constant communication with Front of House, leads and Camp Manager(s)

· Both opening and closing shifts required, opening/ closing the facility

· MAINTAINING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT!

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Be active and attentive to dogs and pet parents at all times.

Essential Skills

· Extremely energetic, outgoing, upbeat with a positive personality.

· Must be able to work at a fast pace, in a team environment, and have exceptional customer service skills!

· MUST LOVE DOGS - the noise, the hair, the messes the love, and the smiles!!!!!!!!

· MUST like processes, procedures and checklists

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

· Be at least 18 years or older

· Must have previous customer service experience

· Be able to lift dog food and supplies

· Be able to constantly walk and/or stand entire shift

· Be able to work holidays, weekends and evenings (we are open 365 days a year)

· Be able to work at least one weekend day a week

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in a dog boarding environment
  • Working with customers

  • Camp Manager(s)

Availability

Hourly position, 4 to 8 hour shifts. Currently estimated at 24 hours per week. Must be able to work flexible schedule - Camps are open 7 days/week, 6am to 9pm, weekends and holidays are required but time off is permitted with advance notice.
