We are interviewing experienced Assistant Property Managers to join the team at The Mill at New Holland, a 284-unit Class A, Midrise community located in the Gainesville area of North Atlanta. The ideal candidate has experience as an Assistant Manager in the multi-family industry on a conventional property, is strong with accounting and collections, multi-tasking, leasing experience, and possesses superior customer service and communication skills. Candidate is required to work the first weekend of each month.

ASSISTANT MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager in Property Management
• Superior accounting experience with strong attention to detail
• Entrata and CRM experience required
• Strong with rent collections & delinquency
• Proven leasing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Professional, self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service
• Self-starter, ability to work independently and provide assistance to Property Manager
• Available to work first Saturday of the month
