Job Overview: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Retail operations, to ensure the highest standards of guest service are applied and successful sales generation while protecting company assets is in place. Work with the Retail Manager and supporting departments to meet Retail Store goals involving merchandising, operations, and customer service. Supports and models the Purpose, Vision, and Values Statements of the SMSC Gaming Enterprise while leading with positivity in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing/supervising retail outlets and overseeing purchasing/inventory.
• Proficient with word-processing, spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated experienced with inventory control and accounting processes.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, with all levels of team members.
