Job Title: Assistant Superintendent
Reports To: Superintendent
Location: Jobsite (Northwest Arkansas)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects are operating safely and perform weekly safety meetings
- Supervise and report on subcontractors’ quality, progress, and needs
- Update project schedule weekly and coordinate schedule with subcontractors and team
- Oversee logistics, SWPPP, punchlist and labor staff
- Early problem identification and resolution through proper channel
- Scheduling material deliveries with office staff. Receive material and record transmittals. Performing material audits.
- Communicate when needed through Procore/spreadsheets
- Open and close jobsite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
