Job Details for Assistant Teacher:

• Schedule: M-F 8-hr shifts between 7am-6:30pm
• Pay Rate: $15-$16/hr
• MUST BE GREAT WITH KIDS
• Any assistant teacher, daycare, babysitting, nanny, or child rearing experience welcome!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Assistant Teacher:

• Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
• Supporting each child's social and emotional development
• Establishing positive and effective family relations
• Working with the lead teacher and other assistant teachers in conjunction with the entire faculty
• Showing empathy and compassion for young kids

Job Requirements for Assistant Teacher:

• MUST BE GREAT WITH KIDS
• MUST LOVE WORKING WITH KIDS
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
• Basic computer, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional level of patience
