The Goddard School located in Issaquah is seeking both full-time Assistant Teachers and part-time Teacher’s Aides to join our amazing staff! Full-Time Assistant Teacher roles are even currently eligible for a $500 hiring bonus!!!

• Assistant Teachers can earn $18 - $21 per hour, and have plenty of opportunities for advancement

General Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Experience with and a love of working with young children
• Ability to work effectively as a team with a Lead Teacher
• Help to execute the curriculum designed by the Lead Teacher
• Help with overall class management if a Lead Teacher is absent
• Work to improve quality and consistency of care for all children enrolled in the class
• Meet the school's requirements spanning quality assurance, curriculum, and activities
• Comply with all state and local regulations
• Update class decorations, maintain child portfolios and attendance logs
