Your Role:

We are seeking a motivated operations supervisor to join our team as Assistant Manager. We are seeking someone who can oversee and assist with day-to-day operations both in the field and in the yard. We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, organized, and motivated to deliver quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Supervisory experience preferred

· Ability to manage and lead a team

· Ability to be trained and to train others

· Ability to work in a fast paced, primarily outdoor environment (all seasons)

· Work well in a team environment

· Good communication skills

· Customer service experience

· Must be able to lift 50+ lbs

Responsibilities:

The job duties required by this position include but are not limited to:

· Manage a team of 10+ individuals

· Assist with scheduling

· Assist with sales

· Oversee day-to-day operations and assist with daily yard assignments

· Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the yard

· Manage equipment inventory

· Service and maintain equipment

This is a full time position, schedule varies:

· 8 hour shift between 8 am and 4:30 pm

· Monday- Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
