Assisted Living Director of Engineering:
We are currently seeking a Director of Engineering to join our Stone Gardens Assisted Living team! The Director of Engineering is responsible for the upkeep and repairs of the building and outside grounds of the facility. This includes, but may not be limited to: mechanical equipment, HVAC systems, interior finishes, general routine repairs, emergency repairs, plumbing systems and their related equipment, furniture, fire alarm systems, nurse call systems, electrical equipment, new construction, and remodeling of existing areas. Must have previous experience working in an Assisted Living or SNF facility and be knowledgeable with maintenance regulations.

Must have previous experience working in an Assisted Living or SNF facility and be knowledgeable with maintenance regulations.
Essential Qualifications : : :
- High school graduate.
- Sensitivity to senior adults and their needs.
- Previous maintenance experience in an Assisted Living or SNF Facility
- Knowledgeable with Assisted Living or SNF facility regulations.
- Technical training of apprentice in building trades preferably carpentry and electrical.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to create simple line drawings.
- Ability to establish accurate quotations for capital projects.
- Must be able to prioritize work orders.
- Ability to interact with a wide range of other members of a health care team.
- Must be able to work in excess of 40 hours per week.
