We are looking for creative talent to join our Design team in Paramus, New Jersey as a junior accessories designer. This role supports a specific design team under the direction of that team’s management. Activities include:

• Learning watch construction and jewelry design, language, concepts
• Learning brand DNA and differentiation
• Creating accurate spec packs under the direction and approval of the Senior Designer
• Researching seasonal concept materials and color pallets
• Assisting with trend research as directed
• Supporting preparation of design boards
• Maintaining Illustrator library

• BFA or Masters degree in design related function or equivalent experience
• Some design experience preferred
• Must be able to sketch concepts by hand and be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Publisher or equivalent
• Must be proficient in 2D (i.e. Illustrator) and 3D (i.e. Solid Works, Rhino) programs
• Must be flexible with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and thorough
