  • Create processes and procedures to ensure no impact to patients due to order execution and delivery of available AbbVie products.
  • Interact with AbbVie Commercial, Brand and Supply Chain to recommend and implement strategies impacting patient experience and new product/indication launches.
  • Identify research and employ technology and initiatives pertaining to changing customer expectations.
  • Define, Support and execute activities related to new product introductions.
  • Identify, develop and retain effective section managers, supervisors and CSR’s through training and development as well effective use of AbbVie performance tools.
  • Liaison between Commercial, Brand and other internal stakeholders to establish alignment on ways to maximize patient acquisition and retention
  • Understand brand strategy and have ability to transform to AEI operations and implement
  • Assist with short and long term strategic planning and overall direction of AAS and provide insights into capital planning and program expansion
  • Key contributor and decision maker over business unit in development of systems, processes and patient coordination to support benchmarking1

  • BS/BA degree in related fields (Finance, Supply Chain) is preferred to ensure the manager has an extended understanding of Pharma business activities. Equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • 5-7 years of management experience in a Customer Service environment or a related area that has customer contact experience.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills are required because manager will have direct contact with AbbVie customers.
  • Required to pass FBI and other background checks required to represent AbbVie for controlled drug or state licensing expectations.
