As a Associate Director within the Macquarie Asset Management Group, you will be responsible for contributing to origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and other investment transactions within energy and infrastructure sectors with focus on deal execution and business development.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Law) and 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of investment banking and/or management consulting experience with focus on energy and/or infrastructure.

Prior experience must also include 3 years working on all aspects of investment process, including performing financial modeling, performing structural modeling and transaction structuring, performing transaction due diligence, preparing transaction documentation, and obtaining transaction committee approval; 3 years working with various financial markets, including equity structures, mezzanine financings, preferred equity deals, bank financings, and capital markets; and 3 years writing investment memoranda, including evaluating risk and recommending structuring options. Series 63 and 79 certifications required.

Salary range for this position: $275,000 - $300,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
