The Real Estate practice group of the Los Angeles office is seeking a highly qualified mid-level or senior associate with experience in complex real estate transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A and financings to join our 4th to 6th year associate class. The Real Estate Practice Group is a dynamic group that has a broad practice representing a diverse group of clients which include private equity and investment funds, public and private real estate operating companies, development partners, S&P 500 REITS, financial institutions and other institutional investors. Strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills are critical and the successful candidate will understand and appreciate the business of real estate investing.
