You’ll get a chance to:

• Respond to and lead the investigation to resolve basic associate complaints and concerns, collaborating and consulting more complex issues with FHR management.
• Conduct and complete the investigation thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with FHR management and Operations on status of investigation and remedial actions.
• Effectively plan and document the investigation.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with company procedures and recommends actions to be taken.
• Document findings into the EthicsPoint database.
• Accurately assess risk and liability in each case.
• Resolve associate relations concerns following federal and state laws and company policies through effective interaction with associates, Operations leaders and FHR management.
• Ensure consistency with company policies.
• Co-facilitate with FHR Management periodic and quarterly AR trends review with Operations Leaders for assigned regions.
• Maintains accurate records in compliance with company procedures and recommends actions to be taken.
• Document findings into the EthicsPoint database.
• Participates in special projects, training or other assignments as required.

Your background & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required
• Minimum three years of experience in HR related to associate relations issues, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment
• Must be available for alternative work week schedules, including weekends and non-business hours
• If hired, successful completion of annual store training
• If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on your start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card which includes your name, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered.
