Association Grounds Supervisor Job at Boca Grande Club, Inc.
Our Association Property Management office is searching for an Association Grounds Supervisor. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, excellent communicator, have situational awareness, an understanding of how things grow and also be a go-getter.
Our newest team member will join a team that has a drive for excellence, achievement, and work extremely well together. The property consists of 14 Condominium Associations that are maintained with pride and care.
Skills and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Computer literate. Knowledge of irrigation. Understanding of landscaping and maintaining planting schedules, able to easily observe pests and diseases in grass and shrubs and convey to landscaping contractors the wishes of the Board to ensure these wishes are carried out. Observe and enforce Condo rules. Ensure parking restrictions and other rules are observed and when necessary, assist other team members in their duties.
We will spend the time to train the right candidate to understand the day-to-day work and schedule, however the person must have the correct background experience to undertake the daily tasks without in-depth training in those tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
