ATT/Nokia Remote IX Engineer Job Responsibilities:

• MUST have Worked in NOKIA ATT Integrations Projects in Past
• As an NOKIA Experienced IX Engineer for UMTS and LTE, 5G, CBAND DOD self-directed and having the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to work on various projects such as LTE, 5G Integrations, small cell deployments, CRAN
• Create , Troubleshoot, Modify , GNB eNode B scripts/Plans based on customer requirements and load these scripts into the nodes.
• Strong skills in running XML plans in Netact and troubleshoot Post Integration alarms.
• Have already acquired troubleshoot skills in order to resolve issues as they come up until they are resolved.
• Provide 24/ 7 L2/L3 support on NOKIA/Nokia RAN network elements and Perform L2/L3 Health Checks and rectify any issues found.
• Perform troubleshooting and Fault restoration, coordinating with 3rd parties, escalate to client management. Capture network data ie logs & Follow agreed escalation timeframes. & Join and provide updates on technical bridges.
• Provide technical support to field operations and maintenance personnel on LTE/5G , SRAN deployment for site integration and verification, start up and commissioning, O & M, alarms resolution and escalation and hardware modernization.
• Overall responsibility for RAN network element technical issue handling. Perform problem analysis on RSSI/VSWR and clearing alarm and troubleshooting UMTS,LTE. Like (TMAs, RETs, Configuration, etc)
• Provide RSSI and VSWR troubleshooting providing support and guidance to tower crews for (PIMS, Sweeps, sky-shots, dummy load testing, HW swap).
• Run scripts and troubleshooting in-house tools. UMTS/LTE parameter auditing, changes/new features (CIQ/Scripts, integration & troubleshooting, site )
• Parameter baseline alignment for new integrated sites with Golden parameters.
• RET configuration/definition and Troubleshooting on Antennas
• Daily Network KPI Monitoring and reporting and analysis.
• In-depth understanding of NOKIA GSM, LTE and SRAN , 5G networks.
• Good leadership skills required to train and transfer knowledge to lesser experienced Engineers.
• The Engineer must have the ability to work in a team environment and lead that team, take initiative to continue self-development on technology specific skills and applications, and research new technology or application systems and create or update processes and guidelines for the other engineers in the group to follow.
• The Engineer will ensure that all work is completed in accordance with defined specifications, technical standards and requirements specified by the customer.

• Three to Five years of NOKIA UMTS and LTE, 5G, SRAN networks e, creating and integrating new site builds and carrier adds. 4+ years of experience in troubleshooting and optimization of LTE . 5G networks.
• Must Have Experience in ATT Tools Netact & WMS,Auto Forms, Site Locator , Mpilot, PTU ,EDP ,Quantum Secure CRT, pronghorn
• 4G/5G RAN troubleshooting processes knowledge and experience with NOKIA RAN Products.
• Able to analyze KPIs to aid in investigation and resolution of network quality problems.
• Having NOKIA LTE/5G parameters detailed knowledge and optimization
• Seasoned user of Microsoft Office applications (MS-Outlook, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint as a minimum)
• Good Presentation, technical consulting skills and Solid analytical skills
