Auction Accounting Specialist
Saint Edward, NE
Job Function:
This position is responsible for maintaining accurate auction data.
Essential Functions:
- Demonstrates commitment to the Company’s mission, vision, and core values.
- Responsible for verifying sales data is recorded correctly in the Sales Site and NetSuite systems and the allocation of sales data to appropriate sales territories.
- Maintains auction district and region structure, create, and maintains user accounts in the Sales Site and NetSuite.
- Completes Listing Agreements for special accounts.
- Work with and assist other Accounting Specialist.
- Prepares reports for sales commission and bonus payments as well as ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associate degree in accounting or related field; plus five (5) years of related finance experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software to Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of NetSuite and Avalara preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills.
