AV Support Specialist Responsibilities:
At a minimum, the AVSS will accomplish the following tasks as part of their responsibilities:
· Maintain the AV systems based on global processes (fully enabled).
· Demonstrate an understanding of the concepts around Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms and Conferencing, Zoom, WebEx, etc.
· Deliver regular testing of the systems, including daily walkthrough and issues escalations reporting.
· Provide training and support to business users.
· Provide digital studio video and audio recordings of leadership videos, teleprompter setup, and video editing.
· Deliver first level support to users as needed.
· Escalate issues to Admins and other Support Teams as required (e.g., vendor issues, backend issues).
· Authorize / Onboard Meeting Rooms in Office 365, Teams, Zoom, as well as ownership of device account management and password resets as required.
· Initiate system updates on MTR systems.
· Participation in ad-hoc projects as needed.
· Delivers a “white glove” level of customer support to key leadership and events.
· Insures all AVS spaces are presentable for use.
· Performs other AV related tasks as directed by Nespresso IT and its affiliates.
AV Support Specialist Required Skills:
At a minimum, the AVST will possess the following skills:
· Demonstrated proficiency in AV technology and ability to perform all facets of the role.
· Experience troubleshooting varied issues that may arise with the AV equipment and different video conferencing technologies including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.
· Ability to operate autonomously and manage projects with minimal oversight from their supervisor.
· Works autonomously in delivering installation services and providing on-site technical support to users.
· Prepares documentation to record and track project status, meeting room health checks, operational knowledge of equipment and all areas of configuration and support.
· Ability to leverage advanced troubleshooting strategies to address complex technical issues.
· Independently assesses and adjusts technical solutions based on the specific issue.
· Ability to exercise independent judgment in determining the most appropriate course.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of certifications, education, and work experience.
· Experience (2-3 Years minimum) with supporting customers utilizing Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Teams Rooms and Conferencing hardware configurations.
Interpersonal Skills:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Able to provide white-glove support to executive team.
· Manage escalated situations with a focus on building positive receiver delight.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
