Looking for skilled, self motivated Automotive Bodymen and Body Repair Technicians with a primary focus on light to medium repairs. We play an Essential role in the day to day operations of the Trucking Industry. We specialize in lean, quality, fast paced, automotive body repairs on Fleet Vehicles. All work is light to medium (Non-Structural). Experience working with cracked, broken or missing fiberglass, plastic composites is expected, experience working with metals including aluminum is highly sought after. This is an Automotive Body Repair Position, combo Paint/Body techs are highly desired also, qualified applicants with some skills in both will be considered. Job Responsibilities

• Light to Medium (Non-Structural) Automotive Repairs on different types of surfaces.
• Single Stage Auto Body Painting, Prepping, and Buffing.
• Work with different repairable surfaces. Fiberglass, composite, aluminum, metal.
• Disassemble and Reassemble Heavy Trucks
• Auto Body Repairs to OEM standards.
• May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) as business needs require.
• No welding experience needed but desired.

Qualifications

• Existing Automotive Body Shop experience.
• Must be able to work in team environment.
• Strong Communication skills and ability to work with single customer on an ongoing basis.
• Problem solving and adaptability needed.
• Good Quality work and ability to be coached and developed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet walking and standing throughout the day
• Frequently required to kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
• Exposure to outside environment and conditions including temperatures in the highs and lows, and other weather conditions will occur.
• Dexterity, the ability to handle tasks with repetitive motion, and the ability to lift heavy objects on occasion are required.
• Respirators and other protective equipment must be worn.
• Some exposure to harmful fumes and chemicals may occur.
