This is a very high volume collision center with a very high earning potential. State of the art facility with well trained staff to help you get the job done right, the first time.

Passport Automotive Group Collision Center:

Due to having more volume of work that can get done with current staff levels and with nearly 60,000 sq ft of space to work there are immediate openings for "EXPERIENCED body techs and auto body tech assistants.

• Doubling the size of our collision center is now completed. There is now nearly 60,000 sq feet of space to work in one of the largest shops on the east coast.
• Work is done mainly on Passport Auto customer cars.
• Many of our techs are working on the same brands of cars, eg. BMW so they become very efficient.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform work specified on all repair orders on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's standards based off of Insurance estimates.
• Communicate clearly with Estimators and Management to allow proper planning and coordination with parts staff and supplements
• Perform frame, suspension, air bag, and electrical repairs caused in collisions.
• Continue to learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions provided by Passport Collision Center.
• Willing to train and assist lower level technicians in collision repair.
• Maintain a clean work area with particular attention to taking care of shop tools provided to assist with repairs.
  

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Manufacturer's training in the following (BMW, Toyota, Nissan, INFINITI and Mini) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 Years' experience as a Collision Repair technician with a proven track record in the Industry.
• Be able to diagnose and repair any customer concern.
