Automotive Counter Person - Hyannis, MA & Falmouth, MA
NAPA Auto Parts - Cape Cod is looking for automotive talent. Our Auto Parts Counter Salespeople are the backbone of our business, delivering excellent customer service and knowledge to our long-standing customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with their auto part questions and needs, either in person or via the telephone
- Operate electronic cataloging system to retrieve up to date parts information
- Effectively communicate features and benefit information to customers
