Qualifications/Experience/Skill & Abilities:

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Must possess excellent computer skills

· Must possess excellent math skills

· Must possess excellent communication skills

· Must possess excellent writing skills

· Must be able to work in a team environment

· Must be attentive to details – detail oriented; accuracy a must

· Must be able to work in the Dock area to assist personnel when loading the trucks

· Must be able to handle constant change

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· 100% on-time delivery to customers

· Track and chart delivery ratings

· Schedule daily shipments/stock

· Print shippers and sending ASNs

· React to customer’s needs via phone, email, or written in a timely manner

· Resolve cumulative discrepancies

· Chart errors and find root cause

· Print manual and EDI shippers

· Forecasting
