Position Overview:

Ed Morse Cadillac is currently seeking an experienced Part -Time Receptionist to join our team in Tampa!

Location:

Tampa, FL

Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, prompt and accurate telephone answering service for all dealership personnel.
• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously over a multi-line phone system.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and provide assistance to them providing information, recording messages or forwarding calls.
• Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Provide high quality assistance to office personnel to ensure a smooth running and productive office environment.
• Open mail and routes it to appropriate dealership personnel

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule including mid-day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Must have the ability to get along with a wide customer base.
• Able to work effectively and courteously over the phone.
• Previous Automotive/Dealership experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Good communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be familiar with Excel & Word
• Must be able to successfully complete a background and drug screening
