We are searching for a skilled Automotive Technician to work in our state-of-the-art repair facility. The right candidate will be energetic and organized and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with a wide variety of vehicles and enjoy being on the road a lot. This position requires constant attention to detail, so we are interested in hiring individuals who are fast workers as well as attentive to details – this position can be physically demanding, so candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical problems and repair vehicles to pre-established manufacturer specifications.
- Check vehicle fluids and perform routine maintenance as necessary.
- Perform physical repairs, including but not limited to replacing parts, cleaning, and tuning up vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle electrical systems and make repairs as necessary.
- Make recommendations to customers on service work that needs to be done in the future.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
